Male Cat Neuters
Male cats can be neutered at the League’s Medical Center for $48 on Wednesday and Friday each week. No appointments are necessary.
To qualify, owners must have a yearly income of no more than $32,000 and reside in the District of Columbia, Arlington, Alexandria, Montgomery County, or Prince George’s County. Vaccinations and parasite treatments are available at our reduced-cost rates for those cats who are being neutered.
Bring your cat for neutering to the Medical Center between 8 and 9 a.m. Pick up between 3 and 3:30 p.m. Do not feed your cat after 10 p.m. the night before-cats need an empty stomach for surgery!
You must bring proof of your cat’s current rabies vaccination or purchase a rabies vaccine with us on the day of surgery. Payment is due when you drop your cat off.
