Matt’s career has spanned over 25 years as a senior-level strategic communications and public relations professional. During that time, his experience includes a 22-year career with Washington Sports and Entertainment (Verizon Center, Washington Wizards, Washington Capitals, Washington Mystics and Ticketmaster), where he served in several positions, including Executive Vice President/Chief of Staff. Prior to joining the League, Matt was the Vice President of Business Development for Maroon PR, where he was responsible for developing new business for the marketing and public relations firm. Matt received his Bachelor’s degree in English from Emory University.
