Washington Capitals Canine Calendars

The Washington Capitals and Washington Capitals Charities are teaming up to raise money for the Washington Animal Rescue League. The 2012 Caps Canine Calendar is being sold at Caps home games, at the League’s store, and at the team store at Kettler Capitals Iceplex. This calendar features photos of Capitals players Karl Alzner, Jay Beagle, Troy Brouwer, Jeff Halpern, Roman Hamrlik, Matt Hendricks, Michal Neuvirth, Jeff Schultz and Dennis Wideman with their dogs and Nicklas Backstrom, John Carlson and Mike Green with dogs from the Washington Animal Rescue League. There are a limited number of 2012 Caps Canine Calendars available for $20. The Caps Better Halves help sell the calendars during the month of December at the community relations table located at section 103/104 on the main concourse. All proceeds benefit the Washington Animal Rescue League.
