Maryland to allow dogs in restaurants

The prohibition on dogs at restaurants in Maryland will come to an end Friday, but dogs will only be allowed in outdoor areas, and not all restaurants are able to join in; they’ll have to provide written notice before they allow dogs to join their human companions.
