Loose-Leash Walking Single Skill Class

Are you tired of being dragged down the street whenever you walk your dog? Our targeted training work will help! We will give you practical advice and training during this clinic, so that when you walk Fido it will be a good experience for both of you! For dogs over 5 months that are not aggressive to people or other dogs. Liz Marsden of The Logical Dog, instructor. $40 per registrant. Winnipeg, a 2-year-old Schipperke came to the League from a puppy mill in Canada. She weighs 15 pounds. She is a lively, energetic and playful dog. She would blossom in a home where she would get a lot of attention and exercise and a home without young children. She will need special attention in regards to house training due to her previous situation.

Irina, a 1-year-old Pit/Lab mix came to the League from another DC shelter. She weighs 53 pounds. She would do best in a home with dog experience and no children under 12.

Sonni

Sonni, a 10-month-old Rat Terrier mix came to the League from another shelter in DC. He weighs 24 pounds.

Knox

Breed: Basset Hound mix

Age: Adult Size: Medium

Knox, a 3-yr-old Basset Hound mix came to the League from another shelter in DC. He is special needs because he has had hip and knee surgery, and will need physical therapy. He is very sweet and happy guy!

Takoma

Takoma, a 1-yr-old Lab/Pit mix came to the League from a PG county shelter. This happy-go-lucky girl weighs 31 pounds.
