Kitten/Cat Adoption Event at Living Ruff

If you are interested in potentially adopting a kitten or cat, stop by Living Ruff on Georgia Avenue between noon and 2 p.m. to meet several friendly kittens and cats and League volunteers. Come by, you may meet your future favorite feline friend!

Kix

Breed: Shepherd mix
Canine-ality^tm: Goofball
Age: Adult Size: Large

Kix is a lovely 4-year-old Shepherd mix. See a video of Kix doing agility here! She is a very sweet girl. She was rescued from a puppy mill raid in Lamar, Arkansas in October, but holds no grudges about her past. She loves to learn new tricks and is very friendly!

Cucumber

Breed: Pekingese mix
Age: Adult Size: Small

Cucumber is a very sweet, cuddly 6-yr-old Pekingese mix who came to the League from a puppy mill raid in Arkansas. She would get along great with children, and loves every person she meets. She would be great as a therapy dog. Though she will require medication because she has a heart condition and has had a few seizures, (and will need vet checks every 6 months), she is a wonderful, happy girl and needs a loving home!

Fi Fi Finch

Breed: Shih tzu
Age: Adult Size: Small

Fi Fi Finch is a 9-year-old black and white shih tzu. She came to the League from a puppy mill raid in Arkansas, so she will require some time to adjust to a loving home environment. She is a happy girl who gets along well with other small dogs!

Nebula

Breed: Pekingese
Age: Adult Size: Small

Nebula is a 7-year-old black and white Pekingese. She came to the League from a puppy mill raid in Arkansas but is currently in foster care. Her foster mom reports that she is a kind, mellow,and cute little dog that gets along just grand with the other dogs in the house and shows little interest in the cat. She is making fast progress on her housetraining. She has a hardy appetite and always looks forward to her dog treats. Nebula has a charming independent spirit and she would make a wonderful companion to a loving, patient,and quiet home. Age: Senior Size: Small

Fundi is a 10-year-old grey and white Shih Tzu. He came to the League from a puppy mill raid in Arkansas, so he will need some time to adjust to a loving home environment. He gets along well with other small dogs!
